The salesman was very very pushy and racked up over 2k of maintenance charges that I "needed". I agreed to one of them and ended up having to wait over three hours for the service to be done, which I hadn't maintenance charges that I "needed". I agreed to one of them and ended up having to wait over three hours for the service to be done, which I hadn't counted on. I realized I had a coupon to my email and approached a man sitting at a desk to ask about how to use it. He didn't seem at all interested in answering my questions and told me to use it when I was about to pay, so I did. The salesman overseeing my services was visibly angered when I told him about the coupon and went on a five minute tirade about how I should have showed it to him when I first arrived and about how he hated coupons because they were taking money out of his pocket. This was after I, the customer, just spent almost 15 times the amount of cash that I anticipated to spend and had to spend 2 hours longer than anticipated waiting. Unless your car is under warranty, avoid this place at all costs. More

After showing us the most expensive version of the car we were looking for, we told them we needed time to think. After telling this to the salesman he gets the manager to come out and be even more pushy. The way we were spoken to was disrespectful and unprofessional. More

However, they jacked up the price $7,000, saying the marketplace value went up since they updated the online price THE DAY BEFORE. How does the marketplace value jump 7k overnight?? They refused to tell us our interest rate or let us talk to a financial person. They were outright jerks. We were approved, even with the 7k increase, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to answer any questions felt really scammy. Why would anyone sign a legal, binding contract agreeing to pay something when they don't even know the terms or interest rate? Go somewhere else. This place just wants to screw you over. More
They don't stand behind their promise. We spoke with a salesman last night and committed to buying a new car. He promised to hold it for us until we could get there the next morning with the deposit. My h salesman last night and committed to buying a new car. He promised to hold it for us until we could get there the next morning with the deposit. My husband got there with the deposit, and the salesman made him wait. A half hour later, he told my husband he just sold the car to another customer. Then he offered to sell him a used car for a higher price than the new car had been. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. More
I drove from Meridian, Ms. because I saw a truck at a good deal on cargurus. I will never, ever deal with this dealership, again. My car salesperson, Tyler was wonderful, and the customer service at the good deal on cargurus. I will never, ever deal with this dealership, again. My car salesperson, Tyler was wonderful, and the customer service at the dealership is exceptional but that is the end of the good. When I negotiated with the buying of my truck, I told them that the only way I would buy the truck is if they put leather seats in it, The salesperson manager told me that he would have the seats put in. I was anxious with getting back to Meridian which is a two and a half hour drive away, so I did not get it in writing. It was getting dark and I do not see well at night, The sales manager said that to call when I could bring it back and they would give me something to drive until they finished with the installation of the seats. I called for two months. I was sent to Tom, then Dick and then Harry, no leather seats. So, I called Toyota Financial, the company who financed my vehicle. I spoke to a customer service representative to advocate my situation. I told her that I was promised the leather seats and have been given the run around every since then. After calling the finance company, they promptly called me the next day and told me to bring the truck so that I could have the leather seats put in. What about that, it took all of that to do what they had promised. After I took the truck back it took me three and a half weeks to get my truck back. They did give me a vehicle to drive during this inconvenience but they put 500 extra miles on my truck and I also had a ding in my front window where a rock had hit. I knew that the extra miles where put on my truck because when I pulled up to the dealership my truck had turned over to 13,000 miles and I had asked for an oil change since they had the truck. The next oil changed sticker in my trucks states 18,000 miles but when I received my truck in Macon, which was the half way point with meeting them to pick up my truck, it had 13,526 miles. It is not 526 miles from Santillao (Tupelo) to Macon. So, someone was driving my truck the three and a half weeks that they had it. I call a person that was my contact person in sales by the name of Ceicly and told her about the extra miles and she stated that she was the only person who had keys to my truck. After I made them aware of this someone changed my stuff on my carfax mileage on the oil change. But the proof is in the windshield. PLEASE notice your mileage if you have to leave your vehicle and if they promise you something, get it in writing. This may not happen to you , it may have happened to me because I lived two and a half hours away. More
