DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! !! I went in APRIL to see about getting a car. Things did not work out because I had some things to do on my end. I texted the car salesman ZACHARY !! Today, 5/15/2025, I am sitting here and suddenly get notifications that they have checked my credit. I called and the first lady said they didn't. I text ZACH and he says that he was checking on it. I told him I did not give him permission. I was so distraught my husband called and spoke to a manager. ZACHARY BOWLES tells them I approved it when I DID NOT. I have not spoken to him for a month and he did not reach out to me at all prior and make sure he had permission. The MANAGER tells my husband that basically we are lying and to dispute it. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO CARLOCK!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL COUNCIL ON THIS! More
