I lost both of my front hub caps on the DC beltway. I just had my tires rotated two days before my trip... 9/9/24. I was contacted by Carlisle CBGMC and we talked about the situation. More than a little disappointed in the car I purchased… used, but didn’t get the once over it should have before being actially presented to a customer. . a couple of things I did notice that were correc used, but didn’t get the once over it should have before being actially presented to a customer. . a couple of things I did notice that were corrected, but obviously it’s a bit of a “caveat emptor” situation. I didn’t expext it to be that bad. smells like an ashtray… obviously did not get the detail clean up I would expect. I can’t imagine the tint on the windows actually passed an inpection. (removing it) steering wheel casing is broken…we spent 4 hours last night cleaning the carpets… I just overall feel like the experience is at this point enough to not want to do business with your company again. .
