Carl Hogan employees can't be trusted My husband took my 2012 Toyota Corolla into Carl Hogan Toyota for an oil change service today. Unfortunately, he did not realize I had just cashed my My husband took my 2012 Toyota Corolla into Carl Hogan Toyota for an oil change service today. Unfortunately, he did not realize I had just cashed my holiday checks, and placed over $1600 in cash in the glove compartment for Christmas shopping. After receiving my car back from the service, I immediately recognized the money had been stolen for my car. I called my service advisor Elliott and informed him of the theft, but could not recover the stolen money. I then spoke to Josh Hogan, and he quickly lead me to the general manager Johnny Moore. GM Johnny Moore was completely rude and unsympathic to the loss of my hard earned money. I do not understand why the general manager was trying to accuse me of dis-honesty. I filed a police report with the Columbus Police Department, and I had copies from the bank showing I had cashed the checks. The GM Johnny Moore had no reason to make me feel as though I am the criminal, especially after losing all my Christmas money. I have bought many cars from Carl Hogan, and I have always had my Toyota Corolla serviced at the dealership since 2012. This experience has totally destroyed Christmas for me, my children and grand-children. Carl Hogan's manager did not handle this issue with professionalism, nor did he resolve my compliant. I am heart broken and I feel invaded. If the mechanics or employees are this dishonest then what else are they doing that we don't know about. The GM Johnny Moore acted as though he didn't care and told my husband point blank as he introduced himself that he was NOT writing him a check for the amount stolen and that we can not prove that anyone in the dealership took it. As though I was someone out to just get some free money. When I was at my bank getting copies of my checks, the bank teller said that this exact thing has happened to others. With this being said, my advice to anyone looking to use Carl Hogan Toyota for your car services, never ever leave anything that you don't care to have taken from you in your vehicle because they will take it. They obviously employ very dishonest people here. I hope the person who took my money gets to enjoy it for the brief moment because God will have his revenge on you. More

My experience with Carl Hogan Toyota was terrible!!! I was lied to 3 time and when I proved that the salesman (aka) Jimmy Perkins and General Manager Allen Dillard were all crooks..Big time....at the end was lied to 3 time and when I proved that the salesman (aka) Jimmy Perkins and General Manager Allen Dillard were all crooks..Big time....at the end of the day I left mad and never wanting to go back. Just a help full hint if you go there check price of vehicle first online and get a price on your car in writing. This is what they did to me. Salesman crook Perkins tells me a truck on their lot was 21,500 internet price was 14,975(did not know at the time). Then tells me my car is only worth 21,500 other dealer priced me at 23,500. And when I tell them internet price was 14,975 my car magically dropped to 18,000. Jimmy Perkins and Allen Dillard also said the dealer that I got my other price from was bad because they sold that car to that dealer and it was a piece of junk and showed me what the other dealer paid for the truck. So to all would be buyers go somewhere else no matter what they’re going to rob you. Thanks for reading. More
