Service Department My son had taken my car in for unusual rattling when hitting bumps in the road indicating something was loose in the suspension system on a 2000 Toyot My son had taken my car in for unusual rattling when hitting bumps in the road indicating something was loose in the suspension system on a 2000 Toyota Avalon. I figured shocks and struts were bad so I'd not and issue other these replacements costs over $2000. I was ok with this IF this fixed the problem of the rattling noise but it did NOT. My son had taken the car back and now they say the mount MAY need replaced for another nearly $500. No guarantee this'd repair the problem. I told my son to not get another supposed attempt at repair but come home. I called and left messages for the Service Manager three separate times with no return to my calls. Update: The Service Manager returned my call. He'd worked with my son and explained in more detail what was done and why. He'd explained to my satisfaction to the point I'm returning the car next week when the parts arrive so they can continue working with me to resolve this car problem. My impression is they really do try to provide the level of customer service expected. I'm giving them another chance to win my continued business. More

Drove Over 2 Hours I never write reviews but always read them. I read some of these bad reviews and was leery of driving from North Alabama but they had a great price on I never write reviews but always read them. I read some of these bad reviews and was leery of driving from North Alabama but they had a great price on a Limited Toyota 4-Runner. My husband and I called beforehand and negotiated with a manger Vic who was so nice and sent us the negotiated amount in an email. We drove up from Alabama and was told to see Chris Steed when we arrived. Chris could not have been any nicer and answered every question my husband could come up with to ask him. The gave us a great deal and got us financed through Toyota credit at a great interest rate. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. If I can talk my husband into purchasing a Toyota Truck, I will definitely return to them. Chris, nor Vic, tried to pressure us into a decision. We went into a local Toyota dealership, University Toyota in Tuscumbia, AL, and they lied to us multiple times, were very deceptive, and tried every high-pressure technique they knew. If I would not have wanted a 4Runner so bad, I would have abandoned the search after University Toyota. But, I am so thankful my husband and I ignored the reviews and gave them a chance. I can definitely recommend Vic and Chris! More
Military beware having bought from dealers in a multitude of states, I can say without a doubt I never felt compelled to write a bad review until today. Salesman and manager were the most unprofessional and downright rude ive ever experienced. First off salesman wanted us to not even leave the lot on our test drive. When we eventually left the dealership for a test drive Kevin Conner our salesman was rude enough to actually CALL another customer and attempt to work a deal. Fast forward to being back at the dealership he repeatedly attempted to get our personal information before doing any work on price. He then gets sales manager Johnathan Breckenridge who attempts juvenile high pressure tactics. When called on his bs statements, rudely raises his voice and disrespectfully "yells"that this is the only price! Do you guys really wonder why our both our new vehicles are from out of town? I would recommend going up to Tupelo Tuscaloosa or Birmingham. I will not waste my time here ever again. I have a 2015 tundra and 2016 rac 4 neither bought here, and I've been stationed here for both and shopped here first both times. Saved thousands going elsewhere. More
Many Lies!!! Especially Allen GM I bought a 2016 Tacoma 2 weeks ago. Pier the sales person was great. Allen the GM has told me 4 lies in 2 weeks! No communication! No Floor matts, no tie downs, wrong odometer statement , and still waiting on my $500 that was going to be sent to me, thanks I have my cash receipt for it. I can't wait to send in my survey to Toyota! This is my 3rd purchase of a Tacoma in the last 8 years, and this is the worst dealer I have ever seen! I hope Johnnie Moore gets fired! Just do what you promised you would do!! Send my $500 deposit back like you said you would!! More
