I love the car just not who is at the dealer working I bought my car months ago back in September in 2018 asked if my car was wreck I was told no, notice car 2 diff shades finally got a car fax && my car I bought my car months ago back in September in 2018 asked if my car was wreck I was told no, notice car 2 diff shades finally got a car fax && my car was indeed wrecked after asking months up until May of 2019, it’s a great car but I was lied to, && I wouldn’t have purchased a wrecked car I would have explored my options, managing is rude stating that I was lying about I was suppose to get a new head light because when the car was wrecked they left the old head light on passenger and put a new one on the left it’s very hard to see because of the debris that’s on the old head light on the left, I’ll just never do business with the company anymore after this car is paid off.. also new manage told me since I bought the car I can’t get the issue fixed from the wreck that’s showing in car fax More

Parts only come with a 12 month warranty or 12,000 mi and you still get charged top dollar for parts as if there will be a lifetime warranty on them! On my last visit, in addition to parts and labor ($95+) I was charge a Misc. Charge ($14.31) for “Shop Tools”!!! Needless to say I still didn’t pay the $470+ that I was quoted to fix my car. More

I’ve never had a poor experience before, however this particular visit, the service advisor, Robert, was very unprofessional. He began to talk about alcohol to me. As I was leaving, he was kneeling outside the door to the service dept. He advised me that he didn’t like his wife anyway and invited me to go drinking with him. I told him I wasn’t interested and that I have a boyfriend. I feel this behavior is very unprofessional and unwarranted and should not be tolerated. More

Purchase process was simple and direct with no surprises. As far as the personnel at the dealership we were favorably impressed. The facility is showing some age. Ceiling tile discoloration and exposed cables in office spaces. Probably not a hazard but astheticly distracting. More

The entire time I felt pressured to buy what I didn’t want. I felt pressured by the salesman and the finance manager to buy a newer model car that was more expensive than I planned to spend. I knew what my budget was but they weren’t concerned with that at all. Then I finally choose the cheapest car with the lowest mileage that I could afford with a fairly decent interest-rate and they jacked up the price on the contract. The car was priced at $13,000 something and I was charged $14,999. With dealership fees, taxes, interest, etc I’m now paying $19,000 for my car! Ridiculous More
