Made online appointment. Spent five hours there for diagnostics on first visit. Service rep was not good at updating or responding. After I received text with recommendations from the shop, service rep’s explanation of what was needed did not match recommendations. Second visit required because parts had to be ordered. Appointment set up. It took 4 hours. After seeing truck outside shop for an hour, had to track down rep to close out. My truck is an older model. Rating would have been lower, but shop mgr gave a slight discount on labor for first visit, and so far, repairs have worked. I have always had it serviced at Toyota dealerships, but may change that going forward. More

This place is like an adult version of Chuck E. Cheese for grown-ups. Max Gee in finance might be the rudest person I've ever talked to until I spoke to his manager Chris Stead, New Car Manager. All this over a customer's refund for my son's warranty. Called Max's Manager, and it only got worse. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I'd hate to see how they treat customers.
