BOUGHT A 2010 DODGE RAM ON SAT WITH 50 MILES ON IT...DROVE IT 40 MORE MILES TOWARD HOME AND IT OVERHEATED AND BROKE DOWN. THIS DEALER TOLD ME TO TOW IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. We went to this dealership yesterday because I wasnted a NEW Jeep. The sales manager was the BIGGEST DOUCHEBAG I have ever met. He is the slimebag of all car salesmen. We were conned into coming into the NEW Jeep. The sales manager was the BIGGEST DOUCHEBAG I have ever met. He is the slimebag of all car salesmen. We were conned into coming into the dealership even though they didnt have what I wanted. They do NOT listen to anything your trying to say you want. He kept pushing used cars on me which I didnt want. He keeps your car keys with him in hopes that it will prevent you from leaving. My husband nearly kicked this guys ass for not shutting up. DO NOT GOT HERE!! Its the sales manager there (an ugly fat bald guy) who is awful. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! GO TO MIDWAY JEEP! THEY ARE AWESOME!!! Recently in October,we took our 2000 Caravan to Carl Burger Dodge Service Dept to have the front brakes rechecked because they were squeaking. They proceeded to tell me that my front wheel drive needed Burger Dodge Service Dept to have the front brakes rechecked because they were squeaking. They proceeded to tell me that my front wheel drive needed to be retorqued, and that my back brakes needed to be replaced. After the story I got from you, I let you torque the front shafts and said to hold off on the back brakes. After leaving your establishment, my front brakes that you replaced still squeaked. So I took it to another dealer. They looked at the back brakes and told me that I would need back brakes in about 3 years! We could tell when they checked the rear brakes that they were never looked at by you. For the price you wanted to charge me, it was obviously a rip off, which makes me wonder all of the other times I have taken it in for service, it has always needed something that I didn't even take it in for. And the price was always in the $300-$400 price range. I wouldn't recommend anyone go back to your dealership. I learned my lesson. Hopefully, someone else will read this before they learn theirs. You should be investigated for ripping off your unsuspecting customers. Thanks for nothing! Joseph Stefano More
They have the worst service dept ever. Funny how they tell you, that you need a $350.00 service and you take it to 2 other chrysler dealerships (to get a second and 3rd look at it) to find out it can be tell you, that you need a $350.00 service and you take it to 2 other chrysler dealerships (to get a second and 3rd look at it) to find out it can be fixed for $20.00!!! Tell you what I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! EVER! I took my van in for a groaning sound in the steering, the dealership said that it was normal for it to sound like that. Scott (Service Writer) Commented "Well I've got 12 other vans on the lot that make the same sound". I replied, well it didn't do that when I bought it! Come to find out it cost $20.00 for an extended power steering hose that solved the problem! They wanted to completed replace the who steering system! And to top it all off, we had made 5 trips to the service department for this issue. On the first trip I told Scott about the fact that I found on the internet the solution was to extend the power steering return hose by about a foot. Scott told me that problem didn't apply to my year/model van. We guess what, after all that time, they added 1-4 foot return hose that solved the problem. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE EVER, FOR SALES, SERVICE OR OTHERWISE! More
I bought a car from them in November 2008. I was given a pay off amount to take to my bank. In the course of all this ....I had to go down to Carlburger Dodge 10 times in reference to either the fianancing pay off amount to take to my bank. In the course of all this ....I had to go down to Carlburger Dodge 10 times in reference to either the fianancing problem that they had me sign several contracts..in which the finance persons wrote up either incorrect or they change the amount. Here it is Jan09 and I'm getting calls from them stating I owe them $1553...mind you they paid off my trade in the even gave me a check back for a over payment now their stating I owe them. Now the deal to my knowledge was done. I would not recommend any one doing business with them. If you do ..please do not let them keep rewritting the contract to confuse you. More
I just purchased a 2008 Jeep. I have not been happy with this purchase at all! Nothing but problems with this car. I honestly believe this car has a manufacturer defect. I WANT A NEW JEEP! The sad thing is that I traded my Awesome, Red Firebird Trans Am, for this piece of junk. It has been in the shop numerous times; parts have been replaced, and still new problems arise. I do not feel safe in this car! I HATE THIS CAR!!! My friends who own jeeps have not had any problems; they siad take it back and get a new one. The reason I believe this car was in the showroom, was so no one could drive it to see the problems! C'mon Carl Berger, just replace this car with a new one. Always Sincere, Andrea Velton More
this is my experience on 8/31/08. I verbally agreed to a purchase price of 16685 on an 08 Jeep Wrangler. I live a considerable distance away so I reconfirmed before driving 75 miles to dealership. Unfortunately the price had changed from 16685 to 18885. I triple checked the price before leaving my house and while driving down I reconfirmed for a forth time. I am so happy that I did not enter into a business agreement with these folks. Save yourself the time and aggravation. These are unscrupulous people - stay away! More
Customer service was poor at best! These people do not know how to shut up and listen to the customer. When I didn't want to purchase aftermarket products I was treated very poorly!
