I had done my homework online about the car I was interested in and had also read the reviews that were listed about this dealership. Having read some of the less than 'good' reviews, I admit I was somewhat leery of what I would encounter. I dealt with Sam in online sales and Mike in finance, both of whom could not have been more friendly and pleasant. I appreciate the fact that Sam didn't put the stereotypical 'used car salesman' hard sell on me. He was professional and worked to get me close to what I wanted on my trade-in. Mike was friendly, did a good job of presenting me options and wasn't overbearing on pushing unwanted add-ons to me. I am pleased with my experience and am more than happy to give both these men a definite 'thumbs up'. More
