I went to carl burger and first spoke with Javier, he was very helpful and wanted to find a way for me to get approved! He set me up with Sonny Kareem his manager and he got to work! Sonny did everything he could to get me approved, he also worked out a deal to get me out of my lease I was in and into the new lease with my jeep! Everything ended up working out to get me what I wanted! I want to thank Sonny and his team for all the efforts they made to make me happy! I will be going back to him in the near future to get my husband his truck!!!! More

Frank Perez was extremely tentative and helpful. I brought my 2015 jeep Cherokee in for to be serviced covered by warrenty. Frank helped me right away. Lies and false advertising To make a long story short about my experience at Carl burger dealer in la Mesa ca, was horrible and I don't recommend anyone going there, I went on To make a long story short about my experience at Carl burger dealer in la Mesa ca, was horrible and I don't recommend anyone going there, I went on their website and Saw a Chrysler 200 Limited addition for 18,000 so I decided to call and the salesperson told me they have two in stock but when I got there it was a whole different story the first person I spoke to said they have two in stock as well and then he asked who I talked to on the phone so I told him the persons name and he went and got him And he said let me make sure that we have the right vehicle so he went and checked and then he walked us to a black and silver Chrysler 200 Limited edition and he said pick the one that you would like to test drive so we chose the black one we took it for test drive and we liked it and we decided to go inside to negotiate the deal they took all of our information and after that a sales manager came and said that this was the wrong vehicle it's not the one that was advertised on the website but he was willing to sell that vehicle for 20,000 . So basically what they were trained to do or they thought they were dealing with With dummies . So basically they were trying to xxxxxxxx because two people said they had the vehicle that we saw online but then all of a sudden the sales manager came he said that they only had one and they sold it ,which doesn't make any sense because I was at the dealer within 45 minutes after talking to the sales person on the phone in the morning but I was there a total of four hours and we had the keys to the black vehicle that was advertised for 18,000 in our hands the whole time so he was lying and trying to pull a fast one . basically their whole advertisement was a lie all they do is try to get people in the dealer after there false advertising & lie to them about the car and the price ,the worst part of this was the car was for my daughter for her 16th birthday and they absolutely ruined her day and it was such a disappointment for her. Avoid this dealership at all cost ! I arrived at Carl Burger Saturday morning (May 2, 2015) to possible purchase a Jeep Wrangler. At first the sales man seems completely friendly however I arrived at Carl Burger Saturday morning (May 2, 2015) to possible purchase a Jeep Wrangler. At first the sales man seems completely friendly however, that changed. When Sonny (the manager) approached me, he wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Sonny wouldn't let me ask any questions I had to keep saying "excuse me" to get his attention. Finally he stopped, looked at me and said "what is it". I asked him a simple question about my trade in, and Sonny snapped at me by saying "if you would just let me do my job". At that point I had enough, I stood up grabbed my keys and started to walk away. I informed Sonny I would not be doing any business with them because of his attitude and disrespect. I don't understand how this is 2015, and a company can turn away business. I have never felt more unwelcome, and disrespected in my life. More

I would like to thank the Burgers family and/or I bought many brand new vehicles in my life, THIS BY FAR WAS THE FUNNEST AND MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I would like to thank the Burgers family and/or the upper managments for hiring great people like Sonny. My wife is NOT the easiest to deal with specially when it comes to me buying a new vehicle.. She wasn't satisfied with our salesperson even tho I think he was polite! So now I am struggling with her going to the next step in the process which is negotiating.. That's when Sonny shows up, giving us such a warm hand shake with a smile and even a cool high-five to my kid?? This guy is suppose to be the "closer" which is the bad guy with a hammer in his hand,, what's going on here?? Anyway, my wife is now stress free which made the rest of the process go very smooth. Best new car buying experience ever! This was my first time buying a new car. Between hearing horror stories of purchasing a new vehicle from friends and family and the loom of high paym This was my first time buying a new car. Javier put my mind at ease and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! Sonny was a huge help and was able to negotiate with the higher ups to get my payments exactly where I needed them! The finance part of everything was super quick and easy as well. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that came with a wrap around lifetime warranty!!!! Are you kidding me??!!! I thought such things were nonexistent!! It was a great experience and I am forever greatful! More
