Fast Deal, Professional Service and Great Price!!!!! In search of a 370Z!!!!! Searching the internet I came across the car I was looking for. After shopping for weeks and finding cars at other dealership In search of a 370Z!!!!! Searching the internet I came across the car I was looking for. After shopping for weeks and finding cars at other dealerships, I found that when I called or stop by they no longer had the car. This was not the case when I called Carl Burger in La Mesa. I spoke with Sam Potres who confirmed they had the car and he would hold it until I get there. What that actually meant is that he moved the car off the main lot in another location so other would not see it, because I had called and said I was on my way. This is one of the things that blew me away! I arrived there and asked for same and within seconds he rolls out with the car, ready for a test drive. On the drive Sam was very knowledgable of the vehicle and explained all the features and benefits of buying a car form CB World. The car was recently marked down and had the price painted on the windshield, no hassle no games. I mentioned to Sam that I was on a time crunch and need to do the deal and drive away in one, max two hours. Sam partnered with his team mainly Fernando and I drive away in my new 370Z in one and a half hours, FANTASTIC!!!!!! I was really impressed with the price, professionalism and service. A local dealer with great service, who appreciate your business. Oh and by the way, they have a custome for life! More

Terrible experiences with service department and warranty I had a PCU go bad on my 2005 Grand Cherokee in 2/2014 and their folks performed a replacement (new parts and labor) for $1100. I paid the premium of their service costs, as I trusted your dealership to do an excellent job-- I always had a great experience with the 3 cars I had purchased from Carl Burger in the late 90s / early 2000s. After myself and my mechanic spoke to their parts and service people, the following occurred: 1) I was informed I couldn't be sent my receipt, and they couldn't honor it without an original receipt. I dug through my old paperwork and (eventually) found it, and provided it to my local mechanic. 2) After asking how long the warranty is good for, I was informed 2 years. When it was mentioned it was an early 2014 purchase, I was told it was a 1-year warranty. Now, this ECU/PCU has 4400 miles on it. Not a typo, 4400. I've been given the runaround all day from their junior level people, passed from one useless droid to another, all denying the ability to do anything about the change in warranty. Seems like no matter who you talk to, they need to contact someone else to find out if they can do it. Now I've got to call the BAR and go through the pain of having the case assessed-- it'll take weeks before this is resolved. If you take your car there for service, expect the same. Stay away from this place. More
