They worked with me to find the vehicle that I wanted and put me in a brand new model that fit my budget. Zach was pleasant, persistent, and openly communicated throughout the car buying process. He has checked on me several times since purchasing my vehicle just to see how I'm enjoying it, if the OnStar setup process went well, and to ask if I needed anything. Steven picked my vehicle up at the Roswell Dealership. He took me on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Chris answered my questions and wasn't pushy with sales pitches. He listened to me and, as a result, I was able to purchase the options that we discussed without feeling pressured. I always recommend Carl Black in Hiram to my family and friends.
