No Problems here I have given Carl Black 5 stars because they are efficient and if they find something wrong with your vehicle that you didn't know about they will dis I have given Carl Black 5 stars because they are efficient and if they find something wrong with your vehicle that you didn't know about they will discuss it with you up front to see if you want to take care of it at that visit.Carl Black is very prompt and you don't have to stay all day waiting.Wednesday May 1,2019 my car was finished before I could nod of in the waiting area!.Zachary is very friendly and has you waiting to go almost as soon as he comes and gets you..Anything else that he reccomends,he does..I dont think I would go to another dealer unless it was an absolute emergency.KUDO'S TO CARL BLACK CHEVROLET!! Worst experience ever Over the weekend I got a car accident. I had it towed to Carl Black Chevrolet to get repairs done. After the mechanics did their diagnostic I found ou Over the weekend I got a car accident. I had it towed to Carl Black Chevrolet to get repairs done. After the mechanics did their diagnostic I found out my bills and be about $5,000. I called my insurance to file a claim, but Carl Black refused to sign off that the accident caused the damages to my vehicle. After had my vehicle towed to another shop, the other mechanics told me that not only did Carl Black take my engine apart to look at it they didn't put any of the parts back in place and drove it to the front of a lot. when I asked them why they risk damaging my engine further they just shrugged their shoulders and said they would have charged me if they put it back together. Don't ever go to Carl Black Chevrolet More
Time wasting Had a collision with road debris that caused damage to secondary radiator in Volt. This led to electrical system problems. They had the car for over 9 weeks trying to get it repaired. Each time they replaced a component it would trigger a different problem that something else needed to be replaced. That is not the problem. The main problem was that on two occasions they told me my car was ready to be picked up, but when I got there they asked another question about the car and told me it wasn't ready. More
Nightmare of an experience Well to start off I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I got there for my appt. I was told it would not be seen for 4 days so not su Well to start off I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I got there for my appt. I was told it would not be seen for 4 days so not sure why I needed to schedule an appointment. They also did not have any courtesy vehicles for me to use. Next the dealership lost my keys and expected me to just go without a vehicle until they could find my keys. After telling them multiple times I was not leaving without a vehicle they finally gave me a courtesy vehicle. When they still could not find my keys after 4 days they made me a new set. I then called to schedule for them to fix my vehicle and they once again had no courtesy vehicle for me so had to continue driving my unsafe car for 2 weeks and I finally called them to let them know it was not wanting to start and getting worse etc. and they finally had a vehicle for me to use. They then fixed the vehicle and 5 days later my engine light came back on and so I took it back and they came up with multiple other problems that they never diagnosed the first time and completely missed so who knows if they even diagnosed the correct part. After all of this we are now in a dispute because I am not going to pay to fix these other parts that were missed the first time and they are expecting me to pay half towards it when it was their miss in the beginning. They obviously did not do a very thourough diagnostic inspection on my vehicle. More

We were very pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Carl Black. My husband took his car in first and just kept complimenting Zach Powell and the service he provided. If my husband is giving good praises that says A LOT, he is a man of few words. My car was next and my service advisor was John Chavez, once again we received excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience we had at Carl Black Chevrolet. They had fair prices and communicated very clearly and often about what was going on with our vehicles. Great place to have your car worked on. More

I could not have had a better time with their service department. Zach Powell kept me up to speed on what was going on with my vehicle and it was out in a timely manner! The waiting lounge had coffee and charging stations for my laptop so I could do my work! 5/5! More
