My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante After driving a Nissan Leaf for 6 years I came to Carl Black Chevrolet to lease a Chevy Bolt. My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante Young. He hadn't sold or leased a Chevy Bolt when we first met but he did a deep dive research on the car so that he could answer every question before we came back the next day. I've had the car for 1 year and discovered yesterday that the charger cord wasn't working properly. I left two messages with the service department. When I didn't get a return call, I called Kiante. He was on it! I was at the dealership 20 minutes later and within another 20-30 minutes I was back on the road with a new charger cord. He is professional, kind and even remembered who I was after a year. I've never had such a great experience with a Car Sales Professional. Carl Black Chevrolet will have my business as long as he's there. More

Horrible experience If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, the worst service department I've ever had to deal with. I had to bring my Chevy Cruze in 4 separate times If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, the worst service department I've ever had to deal with. I had to bring my Chevy Cruze in 4 separate times within a month because they kept incorrectly fixing issues, each time having to leave my car for 3-5 days. I'm going to spare you with all the details, but here is the worst part of the entire process. I took my car in because it had a check engine light on. They "fixed" my car and I left, on my way home the check engine light comes on again... I bring the car back in, they call me and say it's a break sensor and they should have caught it originally so they replace it. I pick up the car, take it home and now my break lights won't turn off. Never had this problem before. I took my car back in and I told them there is something wrong with the new break sensor they installed because now my break lights won't turn off. They tell me I need to leave it with them yet again. They call me and say it's not the break sensor's fault, it's my breaks causing the break lights not to turn off. They say I need all new breaks and rotors and charge me $700+ to fix the issue. I get the car back home, and my break lights still won't turn off. I take the car BACK and they once again tell me I need to leave it with them. 5 days later they call me and tell me it WAS the faulty break sensor they originally installed, and it's been replaced. So they created an issue by installing a faulty break sensor, charged me $700+ for something that didn't at all fix the issue they introduced, and only after they charge me $700+ do they magically realize it was the faulty break sensor they had originally installed that was causing the issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know, ever. More
It was OK I did not have an appointment . It’s better to make an appointment . The oil change before the last one they put regular water in my windshield wiper reservoir. Told they would check battery I was told that they checked my battery and couldn’t find a reason my car wouldn’t start bc everything was fine. Well when driving after leaving tract I was told that they checked my battery and couldn’t find a reason my car wouldn’t start bc everything was fine. Well when driving after leaving traction control and engine shut down...on road. Found out it was a bad cell. They knew I was having to drive back home to another state. At least they didn’t charge me. And their communication was poor. Called multiple times in one day to see what was going on. More
