Made an appointment, arrived 30 minutes early but still waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We walked around the lot and no one asked us if we needed help. What made it better is she is waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We walked around the lot and no one asked us if we needed help. What made it better is she is in the market for a new car. Not sure I'll be back, even though I live close and own a Chevy. They made it obvious they didn't want or appreciate our business. More
