service I brought my 2008 GMC in for service after I went on line and made an appointment, Oil change and check engine lights. \Spent 3.5 hours there and on I brought my 2008 GMC in for service after I went on line and made an appointment, Oil change and check engine lights. \Spent 3.5 hours there and only got oil change due to no tech available to service my truck. \There was no charge for the oil change(like $7.95) really made a difference. that was negotiated price when I bought my truck there in 2008. I made new appointment for a week later. Karen did her job well , Eric my tech was also good. I got a loaner with the understanding that there was no charge as long as I kept under 100 miles a day which I did, Brought back with more gas then when I got it. 11 days ;later I am told it is ready. I arrive to pick up my vehicle, one rep hands me an invoice for $3824.00, a little less than the estimate that I approved of $3833.00 Karen tells me that invoice is wrong and hands me o new one for $3855.00 I question the difference and am told that it is for rental fees. What rental fees? I never agreed to rental fees. The issue is not the overprice but there was no consistency with there service that I normally receive from your service dept. As I TOLD Karen I WILL NO LONGER DUE BUSINESS WITH CARL BLACK NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR VEHICLE OR SERVICE . More
Kyle Cloud and Nelson Garcia have been great! My FIL was "stranded" in Orlando for 3 days. A part on his 2018 GMC pickup went bad over the weekend and had to be shipped from another state! These gentlemen c "stranded" in Orlando for 3 days. A part on his 2018 GMC pickup went bad over the weekend and had to be shipped from another state! These gentlemen communicated all issues every step of the way and even made sure that my FIL was aware of the benefits of the GMC customer service plan. He is finally on his way back to Alabama after an unexpected extended stay. Thanks to these guys, he will make it home safely with new parts on his truck! More

He even took me home on his lunch break instead of me having to wait the 3 to 5 hours to get to my truck. More

Poorly Organized Service Department I called to see if this GM dealership could perform a recall service on my Cadillac ATS, also a GM car. Seems reasonable. The service department em I called to see if this GM dealership could perform a recall service on my Cadillac ATS, also a GM car. Seems reasonable. The service department employee on the phone told me they could complete the job. They even said they went to check with the shop since they weren't sure if the job could be performed there, and that they were told that it could be done. An appointment was scheduled to perform the job with no uncertainty as to why I was coming. The make and model of my car, as well as the exact recall service I would be there for was read back to me over the phone when I made my appointment. I showed up for my appointment, walked up to the desk, and the person who I went to check in with didn't even know what I was there for. I told them and everyone at the service counter just looked at me and said that they can't do that service at their location. My appointment was in their computer, which I had called ahead to check the morning of my appointment. So, I essentially just drove through morning traffic to get there, after having to adjust my work hours to fit in the trip to the service center, only to be told that the service that I was explicitly told they could perform could not be performed and that I'd have to go to the nearest Cadillac dealership, nearly 40 minutes away. This service experience was atrocious. I'm sure they're not normally this bad, but if you have anything more complex than standard maintenance, don't bother with them. They can't even get their stories straight on what a customer is there for and if they can do it. More
