My family always uses CBO. We’ve always received excellent service. I recently had my second personal experience with their service department. He provided great service, saw to it that we were back on the road as soon as possible, and got us the best possible “out the door” service/repair rate. My truck is 2 years old with 30,000 miles and there were several warranty issues. When I arrived, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days and they did not tell me this when I scheduled several warranty issues. When I arrived, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days and they did not tell me this when I scheduled the appointment. I had to fight with them to get a loaner car which took 5 days to get, thus leaving me without a vehicle. They failed to provide updates, thus leaving me in limbo and calling to check the status every few days in which I was continuously told we don't know when your vehicle will be ready. The vendor used to replace my leaking back window also broke molding in my truck, thus I had to wait longer for the replacement molding. Almost 2 weeks later I go to pick up my truck, I walk in the service area where 10 guys are stand and not one of them says how may I help you. Then once I get someone's attention they hand the keys over to someone else to bring the car up and said He's good to go. I had to ask for paperwork and then ask if they did everything. They pulled the truck up with tape still over the back window, I asked is that still needed, no they just forgot to take it off. Very unprofessional and have no customer service, I will never take my truck here again. More
Terrible service dept . Dropped of truck with instructions that I think the bcm is bad . No marker lights working on the left side... $372 later still not working .. turned out it was a fuse .. o instructions that I think the bcm is bad . I am a verified customer ::: I’ve purchased a 2021 Chevy just in April and I’ve been to the service Dept. 3 times and every time has been a disappointment. The lack of communication is horrible, barely any personnel to take care of customers, to answer the phone or to call back and update customer of their vehicle.. it’s not like the work is for free. My car went in on WED and still Saturday and my car hasn’t been looked at. I’ve could have gotten better service at Best Buy Audio. I purchase an extended warranty for services and etc. and I am going somewhere else I rather drive to another location than this Dealer which is only 1.54 miles from my home. Unbelievable the horrible service. Even the salesman that are just sitting outside are rude. Service Manager needs to learn how to speak to customers… we the customers actually pay your salary treat us with respect. I give this place no stars 0.0 DONT GO THERE!!! More
I left my car at Carl Black for a recall and the change of the brake fluid, James attended me and told me that it would be ready in 3 to 4 hours, I left it at 8 in the morning and I had to return to Carl B of the brake fluid, James attended me and told me that it would be ready in 3 to 4 hours, I left it at 8 in the morning and I had to return to Carl Black because No one called me, when I spoke to James again he lied to me and told me that my car would be ready tomorrow at 9 a.m. On Saturday morning I called and a lady answered that everyone was very busy but that they would call me soon, call again at 10, 11, 12 and they were still busy, nobody called me, so I went to see what was happening with my car and a young man told me that I had to pay double the money that James had told me. pay and go back and hope not to return to a terrible service. More

I received horrible customer service at the service department. They failed to update me on my vehicle and gave me no time frame on when it would be fixed. The soonest appointment that could be made was a month later, despite having purchased my vehicle new (and an extended warranty) with this dealership. I just received excuses. I picked up my car, unserviced, and drove it to another GMC dealership in town where I was treated with courtesy and my car was serviced promptly and with quality. More
