Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC - Service Center

After taking their word that the check engine light meant we needed to replace the engine for $20k, and days later they added a clutch cylinder (that was one year old) to the repair, went to pick it up and t we needed to replace the engine for $20k, and days later they added a clutch cylinder (that was one year old) to the repair, went to pick it up and the convertible top didn't work. They tried to blame us. We took their word what we needed to do but somehow now we're lying. Rude and ridiculous. They cannot seem to find out what is wrong with the convertible, have had it 10 days. We keep ubering to pick up the car (when they say it's done) and then find out it really isn't fixed. How hard is it to try the convertible to see if it works! Terrible service! I'll update tomorrow if we get the car back after 4 weeks. More

I took it to another GMC dealer and immediately they found the problem when driving into the service department they say, "Sir you have a problem with the exhaust system" and I said to them, I have been asking my home dealer Carl Black Orlando to fix it, and they have said they can't find the problem. I told them I have an extended warranty and imagine my surprise when they said the manufacture warranty is expired and to my surprise the extended warranty I purchase at Carl Black Orlando expired at the same time the manufacturing warranty. I called Carl Black Orlando to ask what was going on with my extended warranty and they said, well it's a third party, it's expired, and there's nothing we can do about it. What a rip off, that is not what I purchase at the time I purchase my vehicle from the dealer. This is a total disappointment. When researching, the GMC's Arcadia's have a KNOWN exhaust problem that has yet to be recognized for a RECALL so the consumer like me, now has to dish our $2,000 to fix my car because Carl Black Orlando ignore me the 4 times, I took my car for service when I asked them to check the noise. I am sure Carl Black Orlando knew that the noise was a known exhaust system issue, and they refuse to fix it. More

1-24-25 Hour and a half for oil change today. I watched 9 personal in the service center just sitting behind the desk absolutely not doing a dam thing. Besides just playing on their phones. Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by Aaron Shepard. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. They searched through 5 cars and tried to give us one with no gas. Oh it gets better......after a week they call to say my car is ready. I go to pick it up and nothing on the bumper where the damage is was touched. They were like, "the scratch on the side was fixed"....and of course I'm like what???? Aaron Shepard was not available as he left for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not blame the employee that rear-ended my car. Mistakes happen but Aaron Shepard's job is to make sure that they are corrected. He failed. More

Horrific customer service. I thought it may be Justin, my advisor that is failing. But, after contacting others, its the entire department. I had 7 calls in to Justin with zero call backs in regard to status of my vehicle. Reception takes message, has excuse why they cant call, then says someone will call back, and they dont. When I did finally speak to Justin, he lies and says he tried to call me. Now, I just want to pick my H1 up because I dont want them touching it and they have another excuse that its not ready for pickup. So Day 4 waiting to hear when, and nothing. Complete joke for service. Stay away. I am sorry I bought my 2024 2500 Denali from them now. But I will never go back for service of any kind. Matt Hill More

The dealership was beautiful. It was clean and very welcoming. I came in with my daughter and two grandchildren. We were escorted to seats immediately and got to know our salesman Shami. He was a delight. He took his time with me and explained everything in a tone that he would use with his own mother. There are times that people can be condescending to older people but with Shami that was never the case. I came in for a service call but said I might want to look at something else because this car was costing me more than it was worth. Shami made it work without pressure. If I live long enough (chuckle, chuckle) then I will someday God willing purchase again from Shami. I would also like to tell you that the lady that answers the phone in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with my two rambunctious grandsons. Josh in finance made everything painless and he is a treasure. I will be coming in and purchasing an extended warranty this month all because of my Josh experience. Now getting back to Shami!
