Miserable experience - start to finish I know that every car dealership can be shady from time to time, but these guys are just plain rotten lying xxxx. They refuse to honor warranty items, I know that every car dealership can be shady from time to time, but these guys are just plain rotten lying xxxx. They refuse to honor warranty items, like scheduled oil changes, even when I have documents proving they are still valid. They claimed all of the oil changes had been used (my document stated 3 were included, they said their "system" stated it should be two); they said the first two had been used BEFORE THE TRUCK HAD 3000 miles on it! WTH? When I called them out on it, they knew they'd been busted, but they wouldn't budge. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! More
