There are times that people can be condescending to older people but with Shami that was never the case. I came in for a service call but said I might want to look at something else because this car was costing me more than it was worth. Shami made it work without pressure. If I live long enough (chuckle, chuckle) then I will someday God willing purchase again from Shami. I would also like to tell you that the lady that answers the phone in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with my two rambunctious grandsons. Josh in finance made everything painless and he is a treasure. I will be coming in and purchasing an extended warranty this month all because of my Josh experience. Now getting back to Shami!
