No one will respond to my internet request. I finally had to call. They won't give me prelim numbers on a new vehicle that I want to trade in and I'm 3 hours away so they want me to bring it I finally had to call. I cannot see the window sticker on the car and she argued with me over a feature that is an OPTION telling me it is standard - uh, no. Terrible. Imagine if I have this much trouble trying to purchase a $66,000 vehicle what it will be like if I ever have an issue with it. So that's a negative for me. More
This has got to be the worst dealing I’ve had with a dealership in a while. They lie about working deals over the phone, when their website clearly states they will deliver to you. Dishonest, add ridiculous charges on to the bill of sale such as “Carl Black Cares” package for $3000 and “Assurant RA Maint” for another $500. They will NOT REMOVE these charges! So they are making an extr such as “Carl Black Cares” package for $3000 and “Assurant RA Maint” for another $500. They will NOT REMOVE these charges! So they are making an extra $3500 in clear profit on top of the price of the vehicle that you get NOTHING for! Why would anyone pay those ridiculous fees?? Go to any other dealer than Carl Black! Recently purchased Brand New 2023 Tahoe on 9/8/2022; Truck was drive able for 1 week before it went into the shop. We were told that is was the sensor and someone else told us that it is the injector pipe that needs to be replaced. We spoken to Louis Spaeth (sales manager) and he advised us to trade the vehicle in. They wouldn't do an even trade and tried to charge us even more for the vehicle. They blotched (sales agent-Jennifer) our paperwork. All we want is for the dealership to do us right and fix the brand new vehicle with no miles and/or buy the vehicle back at no cost to us. More

Wow! I just about gave up on this dealership because of the response on 3 calls with 3 different salespeople. Typical New Yorker that I am, I got angry a I just about gave up on this dealership because of the response on 3 calls with 3 different salespeople. Typical New Yorker that I am, I got angry and wrote a slamming email. Low and behold.... Joe responds promising me the world. Yeah right. He apologized for his coworkers and said he would do it all and make it happen. Called me back about 4.2 minutes later and said I have your truck parked right outside my office. I said I'd be there in about 90 minutes after he told me I did not have to go the the showroom but to come back to the commercial vehicle building. OK, I'll bite. We ran down, met with Joe, saw the truck (the other 3 sales reps told me it was gone, sold, off the lot) and amazingly enough, here it was. All it took was someone to get up off their butt, walk the lot, find the truck, call the person that ordered it to see if they still wanted it and voila, they said no so guess what? We are driving a new 2020 GMC Sierra that took less that 2 hours from arrival to closing, signing off on the deal and out the door. I bought a truck from them in 2019, at the main dealership and it took over 6 hours, several arguments and me walking out with the sales manager chasing me. Sooooo if you need a truck or ANY vehicle, call Joe. He can sell a car, truck, whatever and you will be handled so much better in the commercial department/building than you ever will in the main building where the sales reps are either to lazy to look or they are killing and fighting amongst themselves to get you. GO JOE! I have ordering 5 more trucks in the upcoming year for our business and Joe said he can take orders starting May 27th and from now on... it is Joe. CALL JOE - avoid the issues with the main office!!!! Great deal, explains everything, works the deal to the customers best interests and I learned some valuable information from him. He takes the time to make sure you have everything you need and all your questions answered. Old School service!!!!! Your survey below is sorely lacking though. Poor customer service and they the wait times are ridiculous I was told I couldn’t get a car wash with my oil change the guy told me they stop doing that 10 yrs ago I told him well my when my car was ridiculous I was told I couldn’t get a car wash with my oil change the guy told me they stop doing that 10 yrs ago I told him well my when my car was bought that was included he goes on to say well you would have to wait a couple of hours mins you I got to them at 8am didn’t leave until 12pm and no car wash cause at 11:45 I was ready to and they didn’t even start my car yet so I said give me my car this is the 3rd time this happened they do not want to honor what they said at the purchase the 2nd time I went to get oil change I tried again for my crash wash waited 2 1/2 hours and then the only rinsed it off they didn’t even do the inside they are rip offs More
Dealership seemed ok at first, we made the decision to buy a used vehicle from them. As soon as we got it home we noticed the tire pressure light came on, i put air in the tire but it came back on so we t buy a used vehicle from them. My wife contacted the salesman who talked with Michael Zimmerman, Michael said she waited to long to contact them so they wouldnt do anything about it. I myself have called to talk to Michael twice and still no call back, I called and asked to speak with the general manager and he has not returned my phone call. I will never do business with carl black ever again. All they care about is suckering you in and taking your money after that they do not care. I guess thats how business is done this day. More
