BUYER BEWARE SOLD US A CAR WITH MOLD!!! WE recently purchased a used vehicle from Carl Black Kennesaw which had been previously owned by an employee there. After a few months we come to fin WE recently purchased a used vehicle from Carl Black Kennesaw which had been previously owned by an employee there. After a few months we come to find out that there is water in our trunk. We took the vehicle in for service to find out that there were hoses not attached properly and the carpets seats etc were full of mold. The service manager said that this mold had to be there for a long time. Needless to say we wanted it fixed and were told that we had to pay 1100.00 for this. Needless to say we are extremely upset about 1) the health concern of driving a vehicle full of mold 2) Carl Black would not take responsibility and sold us a vehicle that they knew had a safety issue. 3) we were treated with no care or consideration from management. Carl Black Kennesaw has no integrity or care. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
POOR SERVICE..CHARGED CARD TWICE!!!! I wish there was 0 stars. I had my car serviced here and my debit card was charged twice for $2,820 today 12/16/2016 totaling $5,640 one week before C I wish there was 0 stars. I had my car serviced here and my debit card was charged twice for $2,820 today 12/16/2016 totaling $5,640 one week before Christmas!!! Accounting rep responsible for the refund(Sheila Beck) has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills!! She didn't get out her chair to explain to me or talk to me directly, only to the service rep as she just stared on with no concern through her glass window. So asked to speak to Director-No definitive time frame on my refund after talking Service Director. They don't even know how long it takes their vendor (MES) to process the refund. It takes 2 seconds to take your money, but Carl Black has no clue how long MES will take to process my refund/credit. INCOMPETENT!!! So now I'm left to figure out how to pay for: dinner I was hosting for 15 kids I mentor, groceries, gas for my car, my birthday plans, last minute Christmas items, not to mention regular bills......because who knows when Carl Black will show ACCOUNTABILITY and give me MY money back. It doesn't affect them personally so they DO NOT CARE!!!! More
Poor customer service and long wait I arrived at the service dept after calling early morning about what i needed and some slow guy (advisor)took in my order to get my tire put on. After waiting almost 2 hours i had to get up and walk around to get someone to get my car that was just sitting there after it was ready. The guy who helped me felt the need to stress the fact that he was just helping me out to get me out of there after all the time i waited because everybody was at lunch including the guy who originally sent my car back for the tire to be put on. He saw that i was pissed ans had a 10momth old baby with me and never apologized he instead talked crap about how i should be happy to be out that quick and he is surprised it only took almost 2hrs to change my tire because they are not like the tire shops themselves. I spent 135.00 which i feel like i should get some money back for the horribpe service i received and the time i waited without being notified it would take so long. I had already told him that i had dr appointments i needed to get my children to by 2:30pm and he still acted as if he didnt give a xxxx. I had arrived there at about 12pm or a little after. I am the one noticed my car was back outside juat sitting ans had to get someone to check me out had i not sis that there ia no telling how much longer i wouldve waited. More
Worst than con artist I offered 45k cash for a Tahoe LT. my offer was declined and I gladly left to continue my search elsewhere. I received a call from a Latoya that ask me to return. i told her I would not negotiate my price and have no need to return. She set a meeting with a Matt McPhee that didn't even know the history of the deal. With the gas crisis currently affecting Georgia, these people were willing for me to return an offer the same thing I declined the day before. Stay away from these snakes, there tactics are archaic to the new world of negotiations. My salesman stated he was in the business of selling cars, and when I told him that is what he was doing with me, he expressed he worked multiple deals at once. Real good job putting the customer first. Don't trust this dealership More

My salesman called me at home and said the sales manager assured him that they will match Carmax if I come back in. I came back the next day and the sales manager came into the office and said they can't match Carmax, but would come within $500. I got up to leave telling them they should stick by their word. Magically, he immediately was now able to match Carmax. I should have left anyway. Why did it have to come to that. So next, in the finance office as I am signing the paperwork, I noticed 3 charges, not in the main column but off to the side, each one for $500. I refused to sign until they were explained, so enter again the sales manager. The first two charges he explained were "locked in" as they costs to keep the car clean on the lot for example. Seems like that is part of dealer overhead? Anyway, the last charge was an extra 2 years of routine service (oil changes) that they sold me. Problem is I never was told about it, so how the xxxx did I buy it?? They just decided to sell it to me without telling me and snuck the charge in. So of course, I demanded that get removed. So I caught them twice. I only wonder what I did not catch. Then after all that, I get home and the mileage in the car was 2000 miles different than that on the paperwork. So 2 days later, because of THEIR mistake, I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way during a work week to resign documents. WOW!!!! The Terrain I bought was great. But this dealership CANNOT be trusted. Buy your car elsewhere. More

Every time they fix it but I've noticed all the repairs have been half xxx. It has gotten to the point where I come into the dealership, show them everything wrong about my car cosmetically, and yet it still comes back with curbed wheels, 80 extra miles on it, dents, scratches etc. Not to mention, I brought my 2014 Camaro ss 1le in due to burning smell. My service advisor said it could be the clutch and they would check it out at no cost. After getting my car back all messed up, they decided not to look at the clutch as promised. All around bad vibes from this dealership. More

Days later I made an info request online at the Carl Black website. I got a call from the Internet sales person. I asked for more info on the same vehicle. I got a copy of the build sheet the next day. I requested a guote from the same sales person via email. I never heard from her again. I emailed the dealers general manager and related my experience and lack of communication from the dealers two salespeople. Again no response whatsoever. I have to say I've never had an experience like this before. Carl Black needs a new business model. Their current one clearly isn't working. I'd never go back there or recommend them to anyone. Carl Black's Facebook page is a litany of complaints. I can believe it. More

Service said that my On-star mileage and performance tracking system was wrong. They said they logged it correctly and nobody drove the car. Yeah, sure, On-star is faulty. Had they owned up to joyriding in my stingray and tried to make it right I would've been a lifelong customer. Instead, to deny it and blame a digital satellite system that "erroneously added" 100 miles is not only an insult of the lowest order but plain ignorant. More

Then 2 weeks in, noticed something bulging out of the side of the driver seat.... brought the car in to make an apt, was told to just drop it off Wed night for service Thur. It would be "quick and easy". Dropped it off. NO one had any clue who I was, what I was doing there or anything.... Then Thursday I didnt hear from them, so we called. "Oh we called you this am, we didnt know what was wrong with it". They had our number wrong... supposedly fixed it. Friday.... they tried to call us again... number still wrong.... We finally called that afternoon to find out that they had to order a part, no clue of knowing when it would be in. Number was STILL wrong. Man said he was fixing it right then.... They would call me Sat am, so I could pick up the car, until the part was in. No call Sat... I called, number STILL freaking wrong!!! How hard is it to get a number right? Total and complete lack of communication on the whole thing! Fast forward to yesterday... my part was in. Dropped my car off. Was told to leave it overnight so they could wash it and fill the tank before I picked it up. Today I waited till 2 (after not recieving the phone call telling me it was ready, that I was supposed to get) When I got there, it wasnt ready.... "10 mins while they wash it". 45 mins later, they roll up with my car. My daughters seat (in the back) is covered with long black marks all over it. And the front driver seat is totally dingy, and dirty. Looks like leather in a car you've had for years, that picks up the color from your jeans!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! So now my brand new car, which has spent almost as much time at this stupid dealership, as it did in my own garage, has a dingy nasty used looking seat! I was livid! The woman "brought it back to her manager".... 15 mins later, rolled up, walked past me (without even looking at me) said "they wiped it off for you". Um, why didnt they clean the mess they made before they said they were done? It is still not clean. It still looks dingy and grey! I should have gone with my gut at the beginning of this whole ordeal and walked quickly away from Carl Black! Ill tell you, when we are in the market for a new car, we certainly wont be returning here!!! More
