Experience Before and During the Sale I contacted CBR for details and staff was very responsive to my inquiries even before arriving at the dealership. Once at the dealership, I met Kollin and he was very informed about the vehicle of interest. I do not enjoy purchasing vehicles and consider myself very inexperienced in this area. However, Kollin made the buying experience very easy and as comfortable as one could ever expect. Kollin handled this novice car buyer with ease! Matt was also very good to work with. He worked diligently to shape the deal to meet my needs. He was very pleasant to work with. Lastly, Joe was great. I now understand why he keeps so many pens on his desk. He was very knowledgeable and engaging through the process of helping me understand the purpose of each form as well as the details of each warranty option. Thank you to all the great staff at CBR. Smooth buying experience, poor delivery The overall buying experience was good. There weren’t any shady tactics and we were able to get right to trying to make a deal happen. I do feel like the sales person could be a little more educated on the vehicles. I had to find out for myself that the vehicle we started making a deal on did not have the towing package I said I needed and even asked that they confirm it had it during the test drive (and they did). The most frustrating part of the whole experience is the delivery of the vehicle. We took it at night so we didn’t see it until the next day, but there are large acid rain spots, dull paint in areas, what appears to be sticker edging on the side of the vehicle, scratching on the driver door window, and even shipping wrap sticking out from one of the taillights as if it just wasn’t removed fully. The vehicle had less than 20 miles when we got it, so I find this unacceptable. This is a black vehicle so all of this stuff is extra noticeable and now it will need paint correction to look as if it’s actually a “new” Yukon. UPDATE: I was contacted by the dealer who had me bring the car in and got the paint looking prestine and gave me a loaner Yukon while they did it. They were quick to respond and make the situation right. More

A company you can’t TRUST!!! I live 2 hours away and I had an appointment at 1:30 to test drive a GMC Yukon in which I planned to buy for my wife for her birthday. After driving 4 I live 2 hours away and I had an appointment at 1:30 to test drive a GMC Yukon in which I planned to buy for my wife for her birthday. After driving 45 min en route to the dealership they text me and say “sorry we just sold that Yukon”. I called obviously upset because they said they just sold it out from under me but just to find out that they sold it the night before and didn’t bother to even let me know until I was almost half way there. Not to mention, I called twice the day before, the latest call at 7:30 that previous night and one of the so called managers (Matt) didn’t even have the decency to return my call. I HONESTLY DONT BELIEVE THEY EVEN HAD THIS VEHICLE, I THINK ITS JUST A SCAM FROM A PITIFUL BUSINESS!!! Don’t give places like this your business, they don’t deserve it. More
