Paul was horrible to deal with. The check engine like on the vehicle came on less than 48 hours after our purchase. I called and left several messages that Paul never returned. We came to the dealership with this vehicle in mind to help make up our minds with our next car purchase. We had been weighing other mid-size SUV's and were impressed with the Enclave's space and capabilities. Mark was helpful in explaining all of the options and familiarizing ourselves with the vehicle. He was so kind to update us as we moved through the purchasing process. Our only negative is that the extended warranty was automatically included after we decided on pricing and was a little bit of a surprise when we were meeting with Eric to go over financing. I would recommend the dealership and Mark to anyone in the market for a new/pre-owned vhicle. More
