I traded my Chevy Colorado in for a Suburban and Isaiah helped me with the purchase. He was very professional and the whole group of people I met where great. On my way home the tire light came on and I called to let them know. I talked to Will the service manager told me to come on Tuesday to fix it at no charge. The tire guy found that the three other sensors were weak and would fail soon. Will found me in the show room and told me that they would install all new tire pressure sensors on the truck I purchased from them at no cost instead of just installing the one bad sensor. That was great customer service. Thanks Will. And thank you for your professional crew to get the job done fast. If I would look for more services I will be calling. This is how professional customer service should be at all dealer. I would buy again here. Thanks More

The two sales people I had contact with were great, the business itself not so much. Would not negotiate at all on price and I'm talking about 200 dollars. They wouldn't budge. Description of the vehicle said it had bluetooth and a moon roof. It had neither. Having said that, they did go out and buy a bluetooth adapter which was nice of them, but that cost all of 25.00. I did purchase the vehicle just because I drove a long way to get there. One other complaint was the $1000.00 document fee which is quite excessive. More

The asking price for the car is/was $8200 so I contacted them asking what the out the door price would be. I was told $10250. $2000 in fees and taxes. I told them I’d give them $9000. They said they had already discounted the car $3000 since it was listed more than 5 months ago. How do you offer a car for 8k then add on 2k in fees? On cars.com it’s still listed for $8200 but you check their website it’s now over 11k. Doesn’t make sense to me. More
