I started talking with them through online chat, then text, then phone, and the whole time Brian treated my wife an I great, no question or hesitation in offering the huge online discounts and was very informative, professional, and no pressure at any time. When we arrived at the dealership, everything stayed just as great, friendly , professional, honest and the online price was the only price they lead with. We got a great deal on our new 2018 VW Passat and just as good as that is, we were treated well and had a very enjoyable experience from start to end. Don't even bother going anywhere else if you are looking for a new VW, come here. We drove past two other VW dealers to come here and Glad we did, you will be too. They acknowledge to deceiving the customers and are understating their prices on car websites and their own website. They charge over $900 dollars for accessories that is not advertised nor optional, but is a mandatory charge, surely that should be included in the price? The scary thing is, you are only informed of these mandatory charges only when you are ready to pay. I wish VW could stop with the deceiving and just focus on being an honest company. I have no idea how the staff at the dealership can think its okay to deceive people. Maybe if you thinking of buying a car, buy it from somewhere else. Its not worth driving out to them, they probably just "deceiving you" More
