Happy In the past, I purchased cars by dealing on the internet. I would do my research, choose my car, options, and negotiate the price. After that, I wou In the past, I purchased cars by dealing on the internet. I would do my research, choose my car, options, and negotiate the price. After that, I would just go to the dealer and sign the papers. I've always hated the pushy, aggressive, car salespersons. I went to CardinaleWay with the thought I was 70% ready to buy a car. That obviously changed after I dealt with Kas Arki. He sold me a 2018 Golf R with his laid back, soft spoken approach. He makes the offers, I counter and he sits back and allows me to think about it. He didn't keep talking and trying to push me to close the deal which always leaves me regretting my purchase. I finally bought the car after we met half way with he 5yr, unlimited miles Protection Plan. He told me we got there because he used his employee discount. I thought it was B.S. until I was signing papers with the Finance Director. She said, "oh, he gave you one of his limited number of employee discounts". LOL. I guess I was wrong - it wasn't BS! Kas made the whole experience satisfying. Thanks! More
