Not sure how any other department will treat a customer but I had a really bad experience in service. Even after I told Kyle that he was not communicating and if he can keep me updated he would not return but I had a really bad experience in service. Even after I told Kyle that he was not communicating and if he can keep me updated he would not return calls even after leaving voicemails. I ended up removing my car from the dealership without any work being performed other than the transmission oil change. More

- Rep had a hard time remembering requests from prior conversation. - Called me to head over when the vehicle was finished in 30 mins but ended up waiting an hour - "Comped" my oil change for the inc conversation. - Called me to head over when the vehicle was finished in 30 mins but ended up waiting an hour - "Comped" my oil change for the inconvenience but I have a maintenance package when I leased the vehicle so I've never paid for the oil changes so he clearly didnt review my records/contract in the system. - Washed my car and gave it to me wet so now theres a lot of wet marks. More wet marks than taking my car through a drive thru. - I am pleased that I mistakenly made the appointment with Tempe unknowingly and the Peoria location took me in anyways. - At the end of the day, the service was completed but there seems to be miscommunication internally.
