The Sarcasm Has Not Changed! I purchased a new 2006 Mazda Tribute at Cardinale Way but stopped going there for service when they started recommending unnecessary services not reco I purchased a new 2006 Mazda Tribute at Cardinale Way but stopped going there for service when they started recommending unnecessary services not recommend by Mazda. If you declined those services the service advisors become sarcastic. I returned to buy a 2014 CX-5 after the Sales Manager assured me they had new service advisors. Unfortunately, after declining new rear brake pads because of a previous appointment, Nick was also sarcastic and did not provide me with a Full Service Report. I had to check the condition of my front pads myself. Cardinale Way Service is only nice if you accept and pay for all of their recommendations, whether you need them or not. Also, I received no response from the service manager about my concerns. More
