Hard to believe, but I actually enjoy going in for service at this dealership. While my wife and I were wandering around, eating popcorn, waiting for our car to be serviced we met Brian McFadden. Even though we told him that our vehicle was barely one year old he took the time to explain and show us the new and much-improved CX-5. Brian, just like everyone else that we have encountered at this dealership since purchasing our 2016 1/2 CX-5 was very friendly, very knowledgeable and interested in us. If my wife were not with me I would have left with a new CX-5 !!! When our lease is up in 2 years/30k there is no doubt in my mind that I will be in to see Brian for a new "soul red" CX-5 . Great car, great dealership !! More

I was looking at the newer Mazdas , Brian approached me to give me more information about the newer Mazda CX-5...well we looked at one with all the new features. Very good . Drove it and was impressed with the vehicle. Will definitely consider the dealership when ready to buy a new Mazda. More

Service was beyond my expectations I took my car in the dealer for a service recall. The service was fantastic and fast. Steve Ross has a wonderful work ethic and answered all my questions. The best customer service through any Mazda dealer I have ever worked with, this it my 3rd Mazda. When I picked my car up there was an issue, I don't care to address at this time, however, Steve went over and beyond to make the repair. I was provided a loaner car for the weekend while the service manager decided how to correct the issue. My car was repaired at no cost to me and I was able to pick it up that Monday afternoon. Wow is all I have left to say. Steve is wonderful at what he does, excellent customer service. I will return when I need to trade my Mazda in for a new model. Way to go STEVE ROSS. I will be back for future service needs even though I live far from your dealership. :-) More

As usual, the service was fantastic! Nick Santarsiero went out of his way to accommodate my needs, giving me a great service and a great price. What can I say? Why fix anything that ain't broken. Convenient, expeditious, everybody wins A piece of my center console broke this morning, as a result of a speed bump, and me doing something with it at the same time. A freak accident. I drove down to Cardinale Way, and Nick jumped right on it! He didn't make me feel like a number, or blow me off. He got a quick analysis completed, and within a few moments presented me with a quote in which everybody won. I was out the door in less than an hour, enjoying my Mazda6 again. I highly recommend Nick to anybody! He has been my only service advisor since 2011. I utterly refuse to go anywhere else. My wife had a similar experience recently where she needed to hop in suddenly. A short phone call, and a time picked for later that day, and Nick had her rolling out asap as well. Like I said, I just simply and utterly refuse to have anybody else work on my car. More

I usually divide the big services in three parts for financial purposes. Many people are reluctant to pay for the proper maintenance of their cars, but doing so it extends its life .
