To; 92gsxr7501029, Reading your review, it is difficult to determine what exactly it was that Eddy in our CardinaleWay Mazda Service Dept. neglected to write down and not get completed. You make no specific mention of what we did wrong, other than your primary complaint about our customers posting mostly positive reviews. We would like to resolve your repair issues before your warranty runs out, so please contact our service department, or give us a way to reach you so we can take care of the issues you are having with your Mazda. All of us at CardinaleWay Mazda sincerely desire and work diligently at taking care of our customers, we may not be perfect, but when we do make a mistake, we will do what is necessary to make it right. It is difficult to make anything right when you will not describe what we did not do. You should also know that DealerRater uses some fairly sophisticated technology to make it virtually impossible for any dealership to post reviews on themselves. The reason for our positive reviews is that we now ask all our customers to post a review on their sales and service experience with our dealership on DealerRater.
