I stopped at CardinaleWay Mazda due to their high rating to see what could be done. Nick Santarsiero, Assistant Service Manager, welcomed me like a dear old friend. My service tech, Brandon, serviced the car in short order, repaired the windshield washer hoses and wiring and applied rodent repelling tape I had bought. I whole heartedly recommend Nick, Brandon and the entire CardinaleWay team for great Mazda service and a very pleasant experience. More

Nick and the Mazda service team are simply great!! Time and time again!! Ignore the warnings given by the car???? I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a won I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a wonderful service advisor, but they were unable to solve my issues involving braking malfunctions. They actually told me to ignore my car's warnings when it tells me I'm about to have a collision when it was being triggered sporadically with nothing in the path of the car. I reached out to Mazda corporate regarding the lack of resolution from the dealer and during a conference call between me, Mazda corporate, and the dealer service manager, Jerry, things got a little heated although no vulgarity or name calling was used in any way. This resulted from Jerry refusing to answer basic questions. Jerry disconnected from the call and now refuses to service the car because he's apparently "too uncomfortable" to work with me, even though I've been polite and courteous on all my visits. In my opinion, Jerry is acting inappropriately. I don't think they want to deal with the problem because they'd rather pass the buck. And I certainly don't want to waste my time on a dealership that isn't willing to fix a practically brand new vehicle. Even Mazda corporate expressed disappointment in their supposed "discomfort" in working with me again. Definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I know I will be. More

They jump started the car, but the battery did not have enough juice to let m I Had no juice in my Mazda 3 2.5 2012 battery this morning. Called AAA. They jump started the car, but the battery did not have enough juice to let me drive the car (steering wheel locked and other things). Called a AAA tow truck. I went along to Mazda. In about an hour, Nick Satarsiero and his team replaced the battery at no cost because I bought it here 2 years ago and it had a 3 year warranty. Again, Nick just took care of me with promptness, friendliness and incredible care. That's why I keep coming here to buy cars and to service them (now for over 10 years). There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy and he let us think about it without pressure. He replied to text messages from later in the evening to before his shift even started in the morning. After purchasing my car, we had some issues. Mostly to do with the financing part. We were very delighted by the way they handled the issues. They stood behind their employees and at the same time understood our concerns. We went in a bit upset and came out very happy. It is when you don't have a perfect transaction, that you can really know if they are going to honor, stand by or take care of their customer. You can put that the customer truly matters on your window, but it is standing behind it that matters. And Cardinale Way Truly does do that!! I have brought my car in three times for minor issues and every time I have been there, they have treated me terrific! When Gary, the serviceman for my car, found out how much I loved red cars (and mine is grey) he has made a point of making sure my loaner would be a fun red car!! They have treated each issue with respect and not made me feel petty for being concerned or wanting them looked at. Not only would I recommend them 100%, but I am devoted to them and plan if I need another vehicle in the future, that is where I am going!! More

My fob was 10 years old and when I took it apart to replace the battery, I discovered the interior plastic parts were broken which made it impossible to rebuild. Steve, in the service dept., overheard and came over to me. He keeps spare fob parts at his desk and was able to "frankenstein" my fob, saving me hundreds of dollars in replacement/programming costs. In customer service myself, I can only say that I was greatly impressed by Steve's initiative (and by a company's encouragement of said employees). We have purchased 2 vehicles from Cardinale Way, our experiences with both sales and service have been pleasant and professional. More
