The dealership is so great! The service dept. is always friendly and helpful...waiting room area has a huge screen TV, free popcorn....what more could one ask? I have an MX5 and cosigned on a Mazda 3. My Brother, his Wife and my Niece all have Mazda 3's. All were purchased at Cardinale. The other service people Nick and Dave also are great to work with and trustworthy. You can not always expect that from a dealership. I took my 2002 Mazda 626 in because the a/c was blowing hot air. Turned out that I needed a new condensor. The staff was very warm and gracious and got the repair done quickly. Then, last week, the car started blowing hot air again. I took it back over to Cardinale and Dave, the service rep I had worked with before, was there again. On first listen, he told me that he thought it was the compressor. A few hours later, Dave called and said that the condensor that they had replaced was shot again. The guys at Cardinale put a new one in for free (free part/free labor). They weren't sure that they were going to get reimbursed from the parts dealer (they said it might have been taken out by a lucky pebble), but they were going to do right by me no matter what. All told, I highly recommend this dealer. More

Eddie was very friendly and got the job done very quickly. He also got my job done for free. There was also another salesman named Chris Mankin who sat and talked with me the whole time I was waiting quickly. He also got my job done for free. The servicing of my vehicle and customer service have been very good. However, when I got my car serviced, I was told I needed a $280 15,000 mile service, whereas, Mazda's recommended service at 15,000 been very good. However, when I got my car serviced, I was told I needed a $280 15,000 mile service, whereas, Mazda's recommended service at 15,000 is just an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask for only the factory recommended service. I would recommend this dealership based on the customer service, but as always buyer beware. More
We purchased a pre-owned lovely mazada miata X5 about 2 months ago and the battery went bad recently - hence living in Arizona! We took the car into the dealership for service/ battery replacement and t months ago and the battery went bad recently - hence living in Arizona! We took the car into the dealership for service/ battery replacement and they were great to work with. Battery was not covered under a warrenty, but they went out of their way to service the car within an hour and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Dealing with wonderful service oriented people makes all the difference in the world. Thank you Nick for getting us bakc on the road! More
