Three of the six Mazda's my wife and I have owned, came from Cardinale Way Mazda. Other than the fact that Mazdas are great cars, the service is always good at Cardinale Way. I just took my RX8 in for se from Cardinale Way Mazda. Other than the fact that Mazdas are great cars, the service is always good at Cardinale Way. I just took my RX8 in for service and met Service Advisor Steve Ross. Despite being a very busy service department, Steve met me at the door and immediately had my service records up on the computer. I just wanted an oil change and rather than standing there trying to "sell" me more services Steve simply asked if I wanted my car washed after the oil change. After a reasonable amount of time, Steve came to me and told me the service tech really recomended a tire rotation. Again, no pressure, just an attitude of really wanting me to get the most out of my service visit. Fifteen minutes and $19.95 later, I was out the door knowing my that my RX8 was ready to go and I was feeling pretty good about the whole process mainly because of Steve's attitude and professionalism. More

The service is helpful and very friendly, but is just like every other dealership in their pushiness. I don't want to feel pressured to do all these things and spend hundreds when I could take my busines like every other dealership in their pushiness. I want to keep my new car around the dealer for as long as I can, but sooner or later I won't be able to afford it. The people who work here are very friendly, and I would recommend them. But the pushiness needs to lessen. More
This was my first visit to this Mazda service department. I pulled in to the drive and David Fontaine came out immediatly to my car to see what I needed. I was greeted in the most friendly and courteous manner and was directed , no escorted to the service department where I was introduced to Nick. Nick was great! He explained everything that needed to be done to my car and gave me a competative price.
