I have been going to Cardinale Mazda for several years and have never had any problems. Nick has been my service agent and he provides excellent care and advice in such a manner you feel he is part of you and have never had any problems. I live approximately 30 miles from the dealersship but the exra miles have proven beneficial. Other Mazda dealers I have tried, do not compare to Cardinale. More
My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of excellent. The Service department is superb, wait time is minimal, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. I am a Pontiac owner with lifetime warranty coverage on oil changes, car washes, and few other things that was transferred to this dealership when the one I purchased my new '08 G6 closed due to the economic conditions of '09. The transfer has been seamless, I receive the same care and great advice I did while I was at the Scottsdale Cardinaleway GMC dealership. The additional drive time to service my car is the only downside, but I continue going to this dealership mostly due to Nick Santarsiero, an exceptionally bright, kind, and attentive service employee who transferred from the Scottsdale location to the Mesa one. He doesn't xx and he is the best and only person I take advice from when servicing my car. That is what keeps me going back, of course, if I lived in Mesa this would be my #1 dealership for future purchases. More

Just brought the Mazda 3 in for service which is still lifetime free oil change. One thing Nick should get his glasses checked, he kept calling me "Young Man" and I am 80........but he did get it done lifetime free oil change. My engine light came on a couple days ago, so I called my dealership and they got me in right away. I explained that I was going out of town in a couple of days and also need my car the next morning to go to dealership and they got me in right away. I explained that I was going out of town in a couple of days and also need my car the next morning to go to work. They got me in about 3:30pm and had the diagnosis in about a half an hour. They were able to fix the problem (thermostat was sticking which could have made my car overheat)within 2 hours and also changed my oil and ran the car through the carwash. I also had a 10% coupon that they had mailed to me, which helped reduce the price. They also made sure everything else was good on my car for my road trip. They did a great job. More
Price for the services needed for the 60K service was way WAY out of the ball park for what needed to be done. I will be looking for more inexpensive places to get my oil, brake, transmission, and other flu WAY out of the ball park for what needed to be done. I found the service department friendly, helpful, explained things well. Ultimatley the service department and dealership left me feeling confident and secure in my service for the day which was an ease of mind since I live 3 and a half hours away. We took our Mazda5 in to confirm that it was covered by the Voluntary Safety Recall 6010H (power steering, and scheduled the repair at a convenient time. Mr. Ross was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely contact Mr. Ross when we schedule future service for our Mazda5. More
Very friendly dealership. Did not buy the vehicle there but that did not stop the staff from being quite helpful to out of Staters, especially Mr. Santarsiero. We stopped in to have a 2nd key made for a us but that did not stop the staff from being quite helpful to out of Staters, especially Mr. Santarsiero.
