My wife and I were driving over 2100 miles to Phoenix from Ontario, Canada. Prior to leaving, I phoned CardinaleWay to make an appointment to get the oil changed for the return trip. Steve Ross answered my call and was extremely professional, courteous and most of all friendly. He made arrangements for me to contact him directly when we arrived in Phoenix. When we got to Phoenix, I phoned Steve and he set up an appointment that was convenient for me. This was greatly appreciated as timing was an issue for us; however, he fit us in. Upon arrival at the dealership, Steve greeted me like a long lost friend and made me feel like a valuable customer. Every facet of the appointment was handled professionally. The work completed on the vehicle was done promptly and the condition of our vehicle was explained prior to leaving. (Our vehicle was in excellent condition) Steve went that special extra mile, as he took the time to explain some very important information about the Phoenix area to me. As a result of his suggestions, my wife and i have found a location in the area that we are considering purchasing a home in. I will continue to be a CardinaleWay customer. I had a power steering pump recall on my 2009 Mazda3 vehicle.
