Since the day we purchased our vehicle in 2007 we have always been impressed with the customer service at Cardilnale Way Mazda. Our friends always tell us "Why do you take your car to the dealership...... always been impressed with the customer service at Cardilnale Way Mazda. Our friends always tell us "Why do you take your car to the dealership......they always rip you off!" Let me tell you that this is not the case at Cardinale Way Mazda. They are fair and honest with us and always keep our best interest(our pocket book!!) in mind. We are especially fond of Nick Santarsiero in the service department. He is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. We take our vehicle to the dealership because we know we can trust the quality of work that is being done. It may cost a little more up front but the peace of mind that everything was done to the highest standard makes it worth it to keep our family safe. When it is time for a new car you can be assured we will be purchasing another CX-9 from Cardinale Way Mazda and will continue to use Nick as our Service Advisor! More
Great service from Nick, I intend to get my car serviced at Cardinale Way from now on. I bought this car from Power Ford, used and I bought an extended warranty also. I asked Nick about it and he said we wi at Cardinale Way from now on. I bought this car from Power Ford, used and I bought an extended warranty also. I asked Nick about it and he said we will talk later if I need any warranty service. Do I need to carry a copy in the car at all times. The Ford warranty did not show up on Nicks computer. Is there a way we could still enter it as a secondary. It's a 2006 Miata so there is not much of a factory warranty left.The Ford person told me I could use it anywhere. More

I just bought a new Mazda 3 from this dealer. I took my car back in for some follow up service and these guys really took care of me. They seem to be very customer focused here at this dealership which is nice to see these days. More
