I always enjoy working with Nick. He is very friendly and helpful, he goes out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, and he gets me in and out of the shop as fast as he can. And today, not only did he get my dead battery replaced, he also noticed that my L/F bumper had popped out of place, so he had the retainer clip replaced at no charge without my having even reported it to be a problem. I brought my van in for maintenance service and dealt with Nick. I have been in before but I'm sure the dealership has tons of customers. So, I pull up and Nick just happens to be stepping out and welcom with Nick. I have been in before but I'm sure the dealership has tons of customers. He laughs and assures me he remembers me and knows that I have been in other times for service. When I moved her five years ago I was sad to leave the service manager at our old dealership. He was always so personable. It is nice that I have found it again here in AZ. Nick listened to my concerns and the fact that I was leaving on a very long trip with just two kids and a dog and myself. He understood my concerns and reasons for wanting to make sure the van was in good working order. In fact, he even had a mechanic to ride with me to listen for the sound that the car was making. Brought my CX-7 in for 15k maintenance and was blown away by the service team's customer service. The car is driving like brand new, and even though I came in thinking the brakes might need extra work, they by the service team's customer service. Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away.
