I have had my car serviced at Cardinale Way Mazda several times and the aside from the great service my car receives, I always look forward to seeing Nick, my service advisor. I have always had a really positive experience whenever I have come to the dealership and I think that it is almost entirely because of the way Nick interacts with me. He really feels like someone I can trust and someone that truly wants the best for me and my car. I really value his advice and feel comfortable talking to him. He is also excellent on the phone. He always knows who I am and is really quick to get my questions answered and get me scheduled. He is in my opionion a 5 star rating employee and I truly appreciate all the time and effort he spends to make sure my experiences are top notch. Steve has always been up from and honest with me and has been very attentive and accurate with any and all information provided to me in regards to my vehicle brought to service. He calls when he states he will call and he always returns my calls when i leave him a message. Over the years i have really enjoyed my visits to the dealer ship. And Steve is awesome. Purchased a 2008 Mazda6 at this dealership 3 years ago. I have the service for this vehicle performed there. Cardinale Way Mazda is very fair in pricing but the thing I like most is this service department I have the service for this vehicle performed there. Cardinale Way Mazda is very fair in pricing but the thing I like most is this service department does not take advantage of customer's in a financial sense. I would purchase another auto there in a heartbeat. Prior to this vehicle we owned a 2004 Mazda6 that was purchased at different Mazda organization located in North Phoenix our experience with that service writer and that service department was exactly 180 degrees from Cardinale Way. Very Happy with Cardinale Way, would recommend them. More
When I Emailed Gary to set up an appointment to get my car in for a Mazda recall, he called me back within 15 minutes and set up my appt right away! He was not only fast, but very pleasant and easy to wor car in for a Mazda recall, he called me back within 15 minutes and set up my appt right away! Friday nigh I went to drive home in my Mazda 3 and discovered my air conditioner was broken in 114 degree Arizona heat. It wasn't even blowing air! I called in to Mazda and found out that saturday ser discovered my air conditioner was broken in 114 degree Arizona heat. It wasn't even blowing air! I called in to Mazda and found out that saturday service days have been booked for at least two weeks in advance. I explained my situation and Steve Ross had me bring my car in anyways. He made sure it was fixed before saturday afternoon in between other appointments. And since I had the platinum insurance, a part that would have cost me at least a couple hundred dollars on top of the price for working on the car, it cost me nothing. Plus they washed my car for free! I love this dealership and always feel like I am getting treated as a friend rather than just a customer. More

Customers are the FIRST priority at Cardinale Way Mazda. There is a warm, inviting environment for customers who are waiting for their vehicle. They also provide shuttle service. Only necessary work is performed. I have never had any problems with service work performed at Cardinale Way Mazda. A+ More
