We experienced a failure to start in our recently purchased CX9. We immediately called Cardinale and were given the needed info to contact their authorized tow service. Car was towed to the dealers purchased CX9. We immediately called Cardinale and were given the needed info to contact their authorized tow service. Car was towed to the dealership an hour later. The failure was in the car key and was fixed within an hour. Even though we were under time pressure due to a heavy personal schedule, Steve was able to keep the situation calm and efficient. Our hats off to the service and sales staffs for for their help to resolve the problem and get us on way. Please note we have received consistently outstanding service from this dealership from the day of our purchase.
