I have a Mazda CX-9 and brought it in to your dealership yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. We are snowbirds here for the winter. I worked with Steve Ross. He completely explained all of the work done including a recall item and providing me with a coupon for one item of service. I will ask for Steve when I return. While my husband and I were waiting for my car we happened to eye a Mazda Miata on the show floor. While we were admiring it Daniel Morgan came buy and without any high pressure sales pitch began showing us the car's features. He let us take a drive in the car and if we had been in the market for a sports car we probably would have bought it. The timing just wasn't right for us. We both thought Daniel was THE nicest salesman we have ever encountered in a car dealership. More
We were extremely impressed with Gary Malone & his service team. The mechanics took the time to ensure a correct diagnosis of the problems was made and then they completed repairs in a timely and eff service team. I had looked online for how to fix my non-functioning keys. I have the grand touring Mazda 6 so I have the keyless ignition advanced key. Google results and forum threads indicated I was looking at hundreds of dollars to replace the keys. No one could explain how to change the battery. I called Cardinale, got in touch with Steve and he said, come on down I'll show you how to fix it for $4.95 a key! He not only gave me two batteries so I could fix my other key at home but he also gave me the little screwdriver I needed to do it! He told me over the phone to come in before he left and he could get me out the door in ten minutes. He was great! He came out to make sure my key did in fact work and there wasn't some other problem. Great service! My Mazda is nearly ready for its 60k mile service and I will be bringing it here. More

Dealer and service agent were prompt, curteous, answered all our questions. Their cost estimate was a bit low, though. I have always had very good service with this dealership. I bought a brand new Mazda3 from them in May of 2008 and was talked into buying the extended warranty which would cover "everything" for an addition I bought a brand new Mazda3 from them in May of 2008 and was talked into buying the extended warranty which would cover "everything" for an additional 3 years. ONLY to find out now (3.6 years after purchase) that it does not cover my leaking shock absorber! This was never stated when purchased....leaves an ill feeling now about the dealership! More
