I love this dealership and the people here. I called Nick to set up an appointment and he was friendly as always! I arrived at my appointment and he was all ready for me. I went to get the 5k maintenance service and after that was over, John Wagner (who sold me the car) had my car detailed for free. I feel like a celebrity every time I come to Cardinale Way Mazda, because they treat me so well. These people actually genuinely care about you and your car. I needed to have scheduled maintenance performed and was relieved to have had such a pleasant experience. After you made your service appointment, you received an e-mail reminder of your appointment (48 hours in advance), I was greeted kindly on the day of my service appointment, they kept their appointment times and service wsa completed in a timely manner. My salesman, Brian Soncrant even spent some time talking with me while I waited for my car to be serviced. More
Nick Santarsiero always greets me with a smile and remembers me and my Mazda MPV. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, honest, caring and helpful. He fits me into the service schedule at a convenient time for ME. The work is always completed on time or EARLIER than promised. I always receive a call from Nick telling me when my car is ready so I don't have to call and ask. Brandon is assigned to perform the work on my car each time I bring it in which allows for a familiarity with my vehicle from one appointment to the next. Brandon knows my car and keeps track of any issues that have been documented from previous inspections/service. Cardinale Way Mazda is a pleasure to do business with. There is a level of TRUST that I feel knowing my vehicle will be in capable hands and I will be treated with respect and fairness. I do NOT take my car anywhere but Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa because they are the BEST. More
Every time I've gone in they tell me there is some new expensive problem with my car. I've only had my car for 18 months and I've taken amazing care of it and every time I express an issue I am having the expensive problem with my car. I will never buy another vehicle from them and I suggest no one else does either the run around they have given me is not worth the vehicle that I purchased.
