Our experience with Nick Santarsiero at Cardinale Way was very pleasant. We live in Sedona, Arizona and we were in the Phoenix area and we had not set up an appointment to have our 5,000 mile check-up but w very pleasant. They serviced our car very quickly including a car wash in an hour. They have a great waiting area, it is very clean and comfortable with a large screen TV and lots of vending machines, so our waiting was not tedious. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Oh, and the price for servicing our car was so reasonable that we know we will continue to drive to Phoenix to get it serviced with them. More

This is the place where I received my oil changes. I've been going there for over 2 years and I'm am very pleased every time. I like that they have a childens area to keep my toodler intertained. I have used Cardinale Way Mazda as my exclusive servicing agent for my Mazda 6 Wagon. For most of my service visits, Nick Santarsiero has been the service representative that I've dealt with. Nick has always been the perfect person to discuss my car's needs. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I have grown to trust his judgement, his recommendations are exactly what is needed at the time that he recommends them. I've never thought that he was attempting to "sell me a service" that my car did not need. He has worked with me, and my schedule to make things easy. His friendliness, is a welcome change from the indifference I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. I feel like he is a friend. That his recommendations are what he thinks are truly best for the reliability and safety of my car. When something arises, he's quick to point it out, offering me his suggestions as to the severity, and need for the repair or replacement. He's willing to do more than, is probably his charge. An upcoming repair will require dealing with the insurance company, and he has offered to handle it all. The price for service, is very competitive. Especially, with the free oil change policy, I will continue to use Cardinale Way Mazda for my service needs. Between the care and consideration that Nick offers, and the excellent service that the service department provides, I see no reason to look elsewhere. More
We have a Mazda CX9. We have the oil changed at this location. We have worked with Nick when it comes to repairs for this car. Nick has always gone beyond great customer service. We are glad we can bring our vehicle to Nick/Cardinale Mazda and not feel that we are going to get ripped off by a dealer. Everyone is cordial and not pushy - a definite plus when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. We've had Mazdas in our family for the past 28 years - and plan on keeping with this tradition. I think a Mazda5 will be in our future to replace the aging Chevy Tahoe. More
