My overall experience was awesome! Nick is a very funny, full of information and a good Christian man! I wasn't looking to trade in my 2010 Mazda 5 but after taking to Wayne, the sales manager, I'm now thin full of information and a good Christian man! I wasn't looking to trade in my 2010 Mazda 5 but after taking to Wayne, the sales manager, I'm now thinking of getting a 2012 Mazda 5!! My experience with Nick and the service department have been stellar. I couldn't ask for a greater person to work with. I am always greeted in a fiendly fashion he has answers to my questions and if he q been stellar. I couldn't ask for a greater person to work with. I gave a 5 star review on most all the questions, because I have consistently worked with Steve Ross over the last 2 years in regards to servicing my Mazda 6 and he has always been so pleasant to deal with. I feel he is very honest and never pushes for things that are unecessary as far as service is concerned. He also is great about getting back with me and informing me of charges and any issues regarding my service. I would highly recommend Cardinale Way for service and especially Steve Ross for a service manager. More
We recently experienced an issue with our CX-7 that required somewhat extensive work to repair the vehicle. The timing of the needed repairs in relation to events taking place in our personal lives was required somewhat extensive work to repair the vehicle. The timing of the needed repairs in relation to events taking place in our personal lives was extremely poor and caused a great deal of personal consternation. Nick was able to clearly explain what had happened with our vehicle and help me to gain the level of understanding that I needed to rationalize the repair process. I've worked with Nick on numerous occasions over the last several years and his professionalism is the key to my continued positive experience with the dealership. More
Nick does an outstanding job at working with the customer and trying to accommodate all of his or her needs. I agree with other reviews that the pricing is not the best, but that is in no way a reflection on and trying to accommodate all of his or her needs. Nick always has a smile and is very knowledgeable about our vehicle and service it requires. Always answers our questions and or concerns has our vehicle serviced on time and returned to us cleaner than our vehicle and service it requires.
