Nick Santarsiero is awesome and great to work with! I have been taking my Mazda to Nick at Cardinale Way Mazda for service and maintenance, for over 5 years now! :) Now my son brings his new Mazda 3 to N have been taking my Mazda to Nick at Cardinale Way Mazda for service and maintenance, for over 5 years now! :) Now my son brings his new Mazda 3 to Nick for service too! Nick always provides excellent service and makes sure our cars are always safe and in good working order! Steve has helped me twice with my car. The first time, I came in and he helped me change the battery on my key fob which of course he didn't have to do. He also helped me install the gas cap that I purchase came in and he helped me change the battery on my key fob which of course he didn't have to do. He also helped me install the gas cap that I purchased at a different Mazda dealer which is unheard of. He was extremely friendly and was aware of my time in everything that he did. The next time I brought my car in he was very considerate of keeping me informed and in the know about what was happening with my car and how it was being handled. He made everything as easy for me as possible. He contacted my warranty company and handled everything that he could without concerning me. Once he had the details figured out he contacted me and shared that everything was going to be taken care of. He gave me impeccable service and was cheerful and thoughtful throughout. It makes me wish that I had bought my Mazda CX-7 through them instead of the Honda dealership who has been a nightmare to work with. I had begun to think that all car servicemen were the same but Steve has proven me wrong. I'm so grateful for the care that he took of me and my car. More

My Son's '99 Mazda 626LX suffered an on the road failure. I called Steve Ross, because he worked with us on this car before, and we had Very Favorably results with Steve, and car with that visit. So we got the car towed into Cardinale Mazda Service Dept, and Steve kept us completely Up-To-Date. We were made aware of everything, good or bad. The problem for us was that the BAD, would ended-up costing us more then the car was worth. The Transmission was a total loss. After that, the decision to sell the car for parts or whatever was the only way to go. Going this route, Steve was VERY HELPFUL in finding a buyer. Steve was True to His Word, and he worked with us to help keep the cost down. We really do appreciate Steve as our Service Rep.. I keep his phone number handy. More
