We purchased our CX-9 from Cardinale Way 6 years ago and it is the only place I will take my vehicle to for service. The employees there are friendly, accommodating and most of all honest. We are always taken care of in a timely manner which means a lot because we have two small children who have little patience for sitting and waiting!! Nick Santarsiero is the best Service Advisor you will find. Not only does he take the time to help with your vehicles needs but he also gets to know you as an individual. He always goes the extra mile to ask how the kids or the hubby is doing. You will not be disappointed with Cardinale Way Mazda. More
Steve was able to get me right in for a service/repair before i left with my family for a road trip to California. My car was inspected and ready to go in very little time, and while I waited. Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa is so different! While I likely spent too much when I bought my 2011 CX-9, I never felt I was ripped off. All of that being said, I continue to return to CardinaleWay because of the service department. Nick Santaresiero is my main Service Advisor but Steve and Gary are also very helpful. The Cashiers are very enthusiastic and welcoming. It is not unusual for most of the sales staff to stop to say HI as they walk past where I am waiting. Today I went in for an Intermediate Service...did I say that this is only the second dealership that I have ever used for routine maintenance in the 40+ years I have been a car owner? Autobahn Tinting provides WI-FI, which is a blessing so that I can get some work done while I am waiting. I have never been so comfortable while my car is being serviced. If you are looking for a really nice 7 passenger SUV that gets good mileage, is very comfortable, handles more like a Mazda 6 than a CX-9! If you are going to get one, get it where you can get the best deal but take it to CW for service! More

He answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. The next time I was in need of service I called him directly, he was again, extremely helpful and happy to assist me. He even got me a great deal! My experience was awesome and I didn’t hesitate to call yet again and ask for him. He’s a great person to deal with and I’m honored to know someone I can count on. More
