i have given Nick Santarsiero all perfect 5's because he was excellent with everything!! Nick was very respectful and very caring for what the situation that i was in with my new car that i purchased in he was excellent with everything!! Nick was very respectful and very caring for what the situation that i was in with my new car that i purchased in july 2012 (mazda 3.) Nick went out of his way to do whatever he could do for me. Once i told him i didnt feel safe in my car with having the problems that i had. Nick had jumped onto getting me a rental ASAP which was wonderful!! And one more thing that touched me was he even called me to make sure i wasnt broken down on the side of the road which really did mean a lot to me because he just isn't a sales associate at cardinaleWay mazada that doesn't really care but he actually took things to his heart. So thank you Nick for all that you helped me with. I know now where and who to go to when i have any questions. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!!! :) - Brentney Blough More

The service department accepted my car right away even though I was early. The time and cost of the service was less than what was quoted, that made me happy as I had two of my grandchildren with me that though I was early.
