Steve Ross and Clint Paterson, best Mazda service team I have experienced to date. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone needing Mazda service for their helpfulness and genuine concern for repairing have experienced to date. That being said, i would refer them directly to Steve and Clint with confidence in knowing they will receive the best customer service around. I had my 05' RX8 in for a few drivability concerns and they were quick to determine the issue and to expedite parts for a prompt repair. I was picked from the dealer within 10 minutes after concluding the service consult with a rental for the night. The next day, even when I was 2 hours late for the rentals return Steve placed a call to the rental facility and turned some screws to grant me a 2 hour grace period. Talk about customer service!! If i could give a 110% approval rating for this Cardinale Way Mazda service I would. Thank you! More

I came with my wife's Mazda CX-7 for a routine oil change. They approached me with a list of problems with the vehicle, potentially serious problems. Steve was great at explaining the problems. He also set me up with a rental car, and gave me updates by phone. I was extremely pleased with his customer service, and genuine desire to serve me and make my experience best as possible. More

I purchased my Mazda 3 from Cardinale Way and have continued to go there for service ever since. Be it for general maintenance or car trouble, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is kind and works efficiently to get your car taken care of. I always deal with Steve Ross when I take my car in. He is friendly and more importantly, he cares about the customer. When I had an issue that took longer than a few hours, he made sure I was always kept in the loop about the repairs and made sure I got the best price I could. If you need to take your Mazda to get serviced anywhere, I can't recommend Cardinale Way enough. More
Took my new CX-5 in for its first oil change (long overdue). I was able to get in and out pretty quickly, considering the fact that I did not have an appointment. I usually work with Steve, and I did this time as well. He was very professional as usual, and zoomed me in and out (car wash and all) without taking a huge chunk out of my day....another great visit! More
