I did not have an appointment as my battery was dead, and the need was last minute. Steve indicated this was a non issue and he would be pleased to assist. Most people hate the thought of going to a dealership and having to wait on a their car. Well not me. I am treated so well everytime I come here, so I don't mind the wait. He's remains familiar with my car over time so he can help me understand how the repairs/maintenance are coming together over a long time frame: which serves to give me a clear outlook of the overall condition of my car. His personality, optimism, and friendliness are a breath of fresh air for me in today's society. Out of all the dealers I've worked with to have my car serviced, Nick has been my favorite to work with. He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty for me and for Cardinale Way. More

Nick Santarsiero was given a huge problem child of a car and associated logistic issues to include a tow from another dealer. He handled all of the work between our warranty company and took the initiative and associated logistic issues to include a tow from another dealer. He handled all of the work between our warranty company and took the initiative to locate other major mechanical failures that we noticed but was never handled by the other dealership. His proactive and friendly demeanor was above all excellent. He was quick to respond with status of our vehicle and took it upon himself to fight with our warranty company and have them cover the necessary expenses. The service team at Cardinale Way Mazda is top notch and professional and we look forward to doing business with them again. More

Called to schedule a service appointment that same day and was politely directed to Nick Santarsiero who helped me with my previous visits. Nick was able to find time for me right away and when arriving at the dealership greeted me by name, shook my hand, had paperwork printed and ready to go. Service was done within the hour and I was on my way. While waiting, Nick made sure to offer me something to drink while I waited and directed me to their waiting area with a TV and magazines to occupy my time. He even pointed to a spot in the lobby that I could plug my phone in so it could charge. Upon leaving, Nick let me know what to expect at my next service appointment at 18,000 miles and approximately what it would cost. I always appreciate this dealerships up front, and open communication as well as the quality level of service they have provided from the first time I visited the dealership and purchased a car. I will gladly continue to do business with this team and recommend people to do the same. If you have a Mazda that needs service, take it to Cardinale Way Mazda and go see Nick. He will definitely make sure you are taken care of. More
