I was immediately greeted by Nick Santarsiero and was made to feel very comfortable right away! All my questions were answered right away and every concern was important to Nick. From the time I walked in the door of the service department and heard this cheerful voice greeting me with "merry day after Christmas", I knew I would have a good experience. My friend and I had sp department and heard this cheerful voice greeting me with "merry day after Christmas", I knew I would have a good experience. My friend and I had spent Christmas in Bisbee and were early for the appointment I had made before we left Sedona so we thought we might have to spend time elsewhere and go back but Nick Santarsiero managed to get us in early. After I told him of the rattle or vibration in the panels near the steering column he had a service dept employee drive with me to see if we could hear it. Of course we couldn't duplicate the noise. Despite that, the employee removed the panels and packed them with insulation that eliminated the problem. I also reported unavoidably running over a large piece of truck tire on the road between Phoenix and Tucson on the way to Bisbee. He asked the service man to check the tire and bottom of the car carefully to make sure there was no damage or danger of future problems. So, after an hour +, we were on our way to Sedona again, confident my beautiful Mazda was in perfect running order. Mr. Santarsiero is the perfect PR man for Mazda and Cardinale! More
